ABOUT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION
Careful preparation for important immigration moments.
Original Documentation is an independent, paralegal-led document-preparation and educational service for immigrants, petitioners, families, workers, students, permanent residents, and prospective citizens.
What we do
We help people organize information, create document checklists, prepare accurate drafts from information they provide, arrange evidence, and understand official filing instructions in plain language. Our public articles explain processes and policy changes using primary government sources.
What we do not do
Original Documentation is not a law firm, is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency, and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, eligibility decisions, or outcome guarantees. Questions involving legal strategy should be directed to a licensed immigration attorney or a Department of Justice-accredited representative.
How our information is prepared
Articles are written for ordinary readers, dated, reviewed for clarity, and linked to current sources such as USCIS, DHS, the Department of State, CBP, ICE, EOIR, the Federal Register, and Congress.gov. Immigration information changes quickly, so readers should verify the current form edition, fee, filing address, effective date, and policy status before acting.
Corrections and contact
We welcome corrections, accessibility reports, and questions about our services. Email bintoculars@gmail.com, call +1 (469) 615-5105, or use our contact page.
